Dear friend,
When we began, we had no office, no money, and no roadmap — just three friends, one notebook, and the belief that serving people mattered. From volunteering in leprosy colonies to representing youth in Sport for Good City Delhi, every step taught us something new.
We are youth ourselves, and we believe learning never stops. Families often asked us, “Why this? You could do something else.” Those questions were hard, but what kept us going was the impact we saw — a girl becoming captain, a boy finding confidence, a mother smiling because her child belonged somewhere safe. We know that one day, our parents will be proud of what we built.
We’ve faced challenges, and yes, we’ve made mistakes. But we’ve learned that nothing is truly “wrong” — every misstep is part of the journey. If we think carefully and act with purpose, even setbacks become lessons. Sport showed us this truth. It is more than play — it is a tool for life skills, social awareness, gender equality, and leadership.
TeamUp exists to open that gate — to create spaces where youth can belong, grow, and lead. We are still learning, still building, and still believing that transformation is possible when communities come together.

Every NGO has a founding story. Ours is still being written. Here’s what’s happened so far.
2012
The Beginning
It started with a simple idea: helping anyone in need. Inspired by how NGOs worked, we began supporting people around us — small acts of service that planted the first seeds of TeamUp.
2019
Super 30 for Leprosy
We formed Super 30, a youth team working in the leprosy complex to challenge myths — “don’t touch,” “don’t marry.” Together, we built awareness and dignity for families long excluded.
2020
Sport for Good City Delhi
As youth representatives in the Laureus Sport for Good program, we discovered the power of collaboration and how play can change futures. This was our first step into sport for development.
2022
Collaborations & Realizations
We learned deeply, but also saw that youth ideas often struggled to find space in established systems. Positively, this taught us resilience — and the importance of creating our own platform.
2023
TeamUp Registered
With support from our Laureus grant manager, Ms. Renu Yadav, we registered TeamUp for Transformation. Alongside, we continued volunteering with other NGOs, learning how to build and sustain our own.
2025
Grassroots Training
In Nawada district’s Rajouli village, we ran a 3‑day non‑funded training with Koshish Foundation — introducing youth and mothers to sport as a tool for leadership, equality, and awareness.
2026
Today
After years of ground‑level work, we now have a space for youth leaders, mothers, and partners to plan together. We’ve faced challenges, learned how NGOs run, and grown stronger. The journey continues — and so does the learning.

State‑level football player. Holds a C‑License in football from AIFF. Worked in academies delivering football training. Experienced in sport for development training and mentoring young coaches.

Legal advisor with expertise in advocacy, compliance, and communication. Ensures clarity and safe spaces for youth programs.
