Khel-Netri Program

Gender + Leadership · Since 2024

Khel-Netri Program

Leadership through play and sports. This program blends classroom sessions, ground activities, and social issue awareness to help children build confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills. Participants learn to challenge stereotypes, speak up, and lead change in their communities.

Kadam Badhate Chalo Program

Youth Development · Since 2023

Kadam Badhate Chalo Program

A collaborative program with the Martha Farrell Foundation, focused on youth identity, strengths, gender awareness, and sensitive topics like SRHR. Through workshops and sports, participants explore who they are, discover their strengths, and build resilience. The program empowers young people to become leaders on issues that matter to them.

Khel Se Badlaav

Transformation through play. A non-funded initiative to build a sport-for-development culture in schools. Starting with monthly sessions at Amawan School in Rajouli, Bihar, this program plants the seeds of change through play, creating safe spaces where children can grow, learn, and thrive.
