— Why We Exist
The playing field becomes a space of freedom.
TeamUp for Transformation exists because we believe that sport has the power to change lives. In communities where young people often face challenges such as early marriage, limited opportunities, and social restrictions, the playing field becomes a space of freedom, confidence, and growth. Through play, we empower youth and women to step into leadership roles, build resilience, and discover their voices. We create safe and inclusive spaces where participants can learn, express themselves, and challenge harmful norms around gender, health, and equity.
